We took a family trip to the National Air and Space Museum in Virginia. This is the new own with a huge amount of space to house just tons of airplanes, rockets, and, oh yeah, the Space Shuttle Enterprise. I would have gone nuts over this place when I was 10 and that’s kind of how I felt looking at these aircraft. None more than this Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird. I think I had one of these in a G.I. Joe toy and I’m sure that I would have called it “ex” as I often did when I was 10. Here’s to being 10!
